Very helpful staff, helpful and the location is very central to the Bastille, which was my objective. My only negative was the bed was very thin and not comfortable. I will definitely return and recommend it for the price, location and friendliness. For the unseasoned traveller, it does not have a/c in the rooms but does have heat for winter so if you are heat adverse, be advised.

The location is great just a few minutes from the Bastille. The rooms are quite small but nicely decorated. It is really quiet which is a luxury for Paris so sleeping is a pleasure. On the minus side was only that check out was at 10am already and that it was not clear how well you were supposed to clean the room yourself before checking out. It said leave the room in a clean fashion. If "extra" cleaning is needed we will charge you.

This was an excellent place to stay. Not the best view from window but it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were compact but bigger than most rooms offered in Paris area. The bathroom was bigger than average and the shower was amazing. Having use of a fridge was great and there are markets and bread shops close by to stock up on any essentials. Hotel was in a good location. Took us about 10 mins to walk to le Marais and we walked from Notre Dame in about 20 mins. There are a number of good places to eat on the door step. Will definitely be using this hotel again. We really enjoyed our stay.
