Very difficult to reach in a car and parking.

Las Nieves was clean and warm, these are the only plus points. The reception staff were awful, the hotel took 2 hour to locate involving parking 2 kms away and walking to the location. The official car park was impossible to find and also some distance away. Local police and taxis found difficulty assisting our search for the hotel. The room was basic with no facilities, there is no way this hotel should be showing 3 stars. Our planned 6 pm arrival was at 8 pm (see above) and at that time there was no food, just a smoky bar. Very little English was spoken and this made visiting the Alhamra etc difficult. On leaving we were required to take a taxi back to the car due to the distance involved and our luggage. Sadly the poor state of this clean but tacky and dated 'Fawlty Towers' made a 400km drive to visit Granada even more arduous. Next time I'll use a tent!

An ideal location right in the centre of Granada, but still quiet. The room was well appointed and very pleasant. The staff were helpful and the facilities were clean and well kept. We would certainly stay there again.

Price good as I booked online. Location good for shopping but there was traffic noise at night and it was very difficult driving to the hotel with the small one way streets.
