My experience was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Only negative was that the housekeeping was a little sloppy (wet towels not replaced with clean; not enough pillows). Not enough though to not recommend.

The hotel was placed near shops if you want shopping, but required a tram ride or MTR to get into Wanchai or Stanley.

While a little our of the action in Causeway Bay, it is still close to the MTR and lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. But the real benefit is the size of the room and the facilities. It is like a bed sit with kitchenette facilities where I have cooked breakfast.

Cannot be faulted - great rooms, everything you could possibly need and great friendly service. Alo excellent value - we will never stay anywhere else in HKG!

The name "Lanson Place Hotel" is really not familiar to us but we made a booking anyway just to try it. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into the hotel. The room was big, very clean, with a modern design and comfortable. My children enjoyed staying in the hotel. Location is perfect - close to shopping areas in Causeway Bay, near an MTR station, and most importantly for us, it is right across a Catholic church. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Hong Kong again.
