arrived at hotel to find i was on the top floor, nobody to help with luggage and no lift. i am a disabled badge holder and would not have managed had it not been for helpful guest. Standard of room very poor - cold, window not fitted properly so draughty all around frame, bathroom dirty with plaster cracked and debris from ceiling on cistern. certainly gave the impression at reception that they did not care if i had a problem or not; travel a lot for business and pleasure and this is definately the worst i have ever stayed in. suggest that the english tourist board look at room 505 before they renew their listing.

Friendly staff, spartan rooms, excellent shower, not a bad place!

Hotel is extremely worn down but can't complain as it's so cheap. Service was variable. Gentleman who let us in was not very friendly but lady who checked us out was lovely. Location great for bus stops.

The mattresses were the lumpiest and most uncomfortable things i have ever slept on, the sheets had holes in them and you had to go to another hotel for breakfast. Overall a poor hotel and not one i will be ever staying at again.
