Location
The Landmark is located in Mooloolaba, Australia just 17 minutes to the Sunshine Coast Airport. The Mooloolaba Beach Playground is a huge children's area a 1 minute walk from the resort. Underwater World, Queensland's largest Oceanarium and Aquarium, is located at the Wharf nearby.

Close to everything - we stayed in a beach studio which was modern and quiet, with glimpses of the beach between the adjacent buildings. A very small room, no room for your suitcase! Pool is very small - but you are so close to the beach. Excellent dining all around - the surf club is also opposite with good club-style food and a view over the beach and ocean. Would stay again because of the location and good soundproofing in the rooms!

Front desk staff are mixed - some are pleasant, others are rude. Location is brilliant, view from the two bedroom is of the beach. Pool are is lovely. Gym is very old and tired. Carpets in the room are a bit old too. The heating did not work, luckily they finally fixed it, but it did take some effort to convince the front desk that something was wrong. I would stay there again for the view and proximity to beach and restaurants.

Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment with partial ocean views. Very clean and modern unit for age. Resort very nice. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again
