Good central hotel friendly helpful service and close to city central airport

Well located. Ten minutes walk from the subway and bus stop opposite the hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. The gym is good enough to actually work out.

Service at this hotel is excellent, top noch. the rooms really are showing their age, we booked a suite which was very average and well used, would not rate it 5 star............sorry.

This hotel has top-notch customer service, consistent through all ranks of its employees. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a 5-star experience during their stay in Taipei.

The personal service provided at the Landis Hotel is excellent. The staff made arrangements for a full day private tour by taxi. The driver spoke English and included many cultural experiences that were beyond our expectations so we booked an additional day with the same driver. I would highly recommend the hotel and their accommodating staff.
