Lan Rung Beach Resort & Spa Vung Tau Guest Reviews
Large rooms, clean, good service, inexpensive and excellent spa (massage, facial, etc.). Breakfast was "to order" on weekdays and an excellent buffet on weekends. We stayed on the hillside (cheaper), which required walking across the road to the main resort. But the benefit: very quiet and secluded--especially in the back (the cheapest) where we were. Wifi everywhere, so you can use a computer while relaxing outside. The resort is separate from the main beach areas, but they have their own small private beach. You would probably use a taxi (not expensive) to go to the main beach or other restaurants/shopping. We've stayed in Vung Tau three other times, including on the main beach. This was our best experience by far.

The hotel is on the beach side, the view is good, and the hotel is very nice.
