Lake Louise Inn Guest Reviews
Superb staff, otherwise a quite average hotel.

The room we were given first smelled bad and had been smoked in, eventhough it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. It was very noisy and faced the highway. The staff did change the room for us to a better, bigger one that was worth the price charged for the original room. Prices are high too high for what you get. It is an expensive motel at best. The breakfast at the restaurant was so-so. I would look for a different place to stay.

Room was smallish, but perfectly ok for a short stay.

3 nights spent in a shoebox. Very little service with rooms being cleaned (bin not emptied). Have to request everything eg iron and a teaspoon. Too big a price to get paper cups!!!!

Very friendly folk, lovely location - super bathroom, even in the economy room we booked on the internet. Good value for money.
