hotel was old and the room smelled of smoke. The carpet was dirty with stains. Food at the restaurant was not good. Would never stay at the property again.

i like this hotel overall. The bar and restaurant are good, the breakfast was very good, and I liked the staff. But the room had bedbugs!! They offered to change my room but did not offer any refunds. They need to completely fumigate all the rooms to get rid of this problem, not just switch rooms! Also they charge $18 a day for parking, which seems silly since most patrons don't drive there. And there was no information online that they charged so much for parking.

Hotel staff were excellent, breakfast staff eager to please. Room was adequate though the a/c didn't function on a warm November day. The courstesy van didn't show up in a timely manner, so I walked across from the USAir terminal in about 5 mins. All in all the convenience of being near the terminal and the friendly staff made the difference.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay if you want to be close to LaGuardia. Its probably not a great base for tourism in Manhattan, but it was very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I don't understand the overall low ratings, but for a close to the airport overnight stay, I was very satisfied.

Hotel was very nice. They had a free continental breakfast which started early enough for my husband and I to enjoy before our flight. Transportation to the airport every half hour and the ride is less than five minutes, Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again!
