Nice hotel, good breakfast. Really nice, relaxing town, up the hill to the historical walled village - great!! Hour by bus to Florence.

We enjoyed staying at the La Vacchia Cartiera Hotel as it is in an ideal location in Tuscany to travel to other places nearby. We would stay there again.

Our host was very friendly, as were all the staff. Breakfast was probably the best we had anywhere in Italy with great coffee. It is right next to the piazza and within walking distance of the old city. When we left the host helped us a lot with the best way to go.
