La Rochelle Motel hosted by very nice people,the apatment is very clean androomy and has everything you need. Its close totown a nice walk to any restaurant and all in all a good place to stay after a drive from Christchurch and flight from Australia. The countryside is the first taste of the magnificent country.

Very helpful staff ensured good overnight stay. Not located in waterfront area and no water views but still close to good cafe /restaurant.

The aspects of motel as per above ratings. The studio unit was very small and did not have any comfortable chairs. Lying on bed to watch TV only option. For the price the unit was very small.
