Excellent hotel - calm and cool in the midst of the town. Excellent, helpful staff, very friendly and polite. Highly recommend. Pool Fantastic!

Pansea has a very nice swimming pool. I enjoyed it very much. The staffs are very nice and friendly, but they are not very smart. The location is very convenient. I could walk to the old market to find some nice restaurants and bars.

Very lovely boutique hotel, pleasant rooms, large baths, a bit awkward for older people. When we were there, people didn''t hang around the hotel much, so gives you an empty feeling, despite being relatively sold out. Great service and attitude, but since restaurant is only real focal point, ultimately mediteranean menu felt a bit limited. Finally, it''s no doubt a bit pricey for Siem Reap. Wants to compete one notch below Grand Hotel, but Sofitel (large) and Angkor Village (small too) are tough rivals in that niche.

The Pansea is a brand new hotel built in the modern Asian style, with lots of natural materials, around lily pools and a fabulous 30m long lap pool. Our room overlooking the pool was comfortable and spacious, with a fun and functional bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they tried hard to overcome any miscommunications that arose due to their basic English, and my complete inability to speak Cambodian!<br><br> Guests have the free use of bicycles to explore the town with. Fresh fruit was brought to our room every day, and certain snacks and jams were even organic, which is a nice touch! However, I did sometimes long for a chocolate bar, which was not available anywhere in the hotel!<br><br> All round a really nice hotel, which I would recommend to everyone. It is a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day tramping around the temples.
