An amazing place! Clean, beautiful, very attentive staff with great English. A gorgeous view--from dining room, over infinity pool to the hills! The food was great--fresh and varied. Breakfast was included; we had one lunch which was delicious but a bit pricey. Attention to details: fresh-squeezed juice when we checked in, and they ran after us as we were leaving with an item we had overlooked in our packing! The spa is luxurious and very clean. Shuttle to and from town, but it is only a 15 minute walk and well worth the experience of the people and local culture. We would definitely return!

Fantastic hotel and location. Beautiful rooms, amazing service. The pool area was great with views out over the mountains and city. The shuttle service into town is great. We would definitely go back to Luang Prabang and stay here.

This is a beautiful hotel located on a hill overlooking Luang Prabang, Laos. The hotel is clearly the best in the area, with beautiful rooms, wonderful food and a lovely swimmimg pool with a great view of the town.

It is one of the nicest hotels in Luang Prabang, and I would definitely recommend it to friends. The ambience is lovely and the service and food are excellent.

The day manager (which we regret that we failed to get his name) went beyond the call of duty regarding our air travel arrangements. Our departure from Luang Phabang was delayed due to inclement weather. The manager went the extra mile by coming down to the airport, spoke to the staff at Bangkok Airways and then located us at the airport and personally related to us the steps he had taken to assure our connection to Siem reap, Cambodia. We are happy to say, we made our connection as planned as the airline held our connecting flight.<br> <br> Also, we had made special meal arrangements for an excursion the hotel arranged for us. The meal did not come off as requested. Upon mentioning this to him, he very graciously provided a complimentary meal at the hotel. The complimentary shuttle into town was very nice and provided in a timely manner.
