Right across the street from USF, so very convenient. Not the Ritz, but initial furnishings and room layout were above average for this price range. Also, front desk was unusually helpful. On the other hand- much of the furniture and common space was showing its age, and the room cleaning was sporadic (forgot one day, left some used lottery tickets from previous tenant, did not notice/replace burned out light in bathroom). Usually I prefer La Quinta, but next time here I will probably try the Wingate next door...

We arrived late, but the hotel was light up nice,the only negative for the experience is that I had to wait atleast 5 minutes to be waited on, I was not happy with that, everything else was 5 star rating, room was beautiful, nice and cool and beds turned back and ready for us to go to sleep

Room was clean and quite large. Gret location across from the University of South Florida. Staff could not have been more friendly. Free breakfast bar was packed, but replenished often. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
