Everything was good staff and service price was higher than the last time I stayed there but everything was good

I booked this hotel because it is close to Sawgrass Mills Mall; taxi fees within $10. Overall experience is good, clean and comfort.

The room was beautiful and the complimentary snacks was much appreciated. The only downfall to the hotel was the garbage room displayed garbage for guests to see that was on the floor in that particular room, near the vending machine room. Other than that it was a good trip

Room cleanness was not good, the carpet was very dusty. I even got to shake my luggage to take the dust off. Definitely needs a more careful supervision

My experience at the hotel was good . The staff was very friendly and try to assist you when you had any problems . I had one problem when i was there the Tv was not working but it was resolved the next day .
