friendly staff-clean comfortable room-close to airport

The place was clean but seemed old & worn, even though the room had recently been renovated. SF is close enough and parking here is free, unlike downtown hotels that charge $25 and up. Breakfast was ok but nowhere to sit and eat. We asked if we could take it to our room and the staff looked at us with crazy disbelief before giving us the ok. The other staff not much better, indifferently polite or just indifferent.

Well used airport hotel with good service and comfortable, clean room. Efficient 10 minute shuttle service to San Francisco airport.

The room was a very nice size with tasteful decorations. Bathroom was vrey clean, with good sized towels and washcloths. There was also a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. I will most likely stay there again

The wireless internet service was erratic aand subject to interference from another network [Karma]. You may not be able to do anything about this, but one advantage of hard-wired ethernet is the absence of this problem. However, your tech support number was unable to work me through the connection protocol. I'd recommend this hotel + BART to anyone with business or conferences downtown
