The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfasts were good. Nothing fancy, but a good value for the area.

I liked the hotel and all, but when I asked them for a taxi service the name they gave me "Dan the Taxi Man", was a total ripoff! $35 to go 7 miles! The staff of La Quinta should spend less time chatting and reading magazines at the front desk and more time doing work like researching good-value local taxis that will save their customers money, not leave them feeling bitter and ripped off. Throw away Dan the Taxi Man's card and find some other service which is a value. Act as if you care.

Thank goodness there was a Starbucks close by. The coffee coming out of the wall spigot was dishwater.
