Air Conditioning was weak, elevators were not cared for, carpets around building were dirty, security door in the back was unlocked all hours.

At arrival I was given the incorrect room and a room that had not been finished cleaning. When I finally got into the correct room I found it to be ok but nothing near the 3 star rating you claim it to be. I stayed a total of 2 nights, my room was not cleaned the next day, and when I called the desk for clean towels, the clerk seemed as if I bothered him. The best part would be the location as it was easy to find, and travel to and from the hotel was without incident.
