My experience was not good . I was put in smoking room. Second I had a tick in my bed, I brought the entire sheet down to Front Desk and showed it to them.I asked for the General Manager,left my card. Not one aplology was given to my family. We need to be informed that this hotel caters to pets. The only positve part was the lady who set up the the breakfast buffet was very friendly and knew something about customer service
