The hotel staff was VERY friendly. While staying there I came across a young boy who had lost his "Pap Paw". I took him to the front desk and the staff jumped in to take care of the child. They were so compassionate and caring. My hats off to them. The hotel was very clean and even though I did not take my pets on the trip, this hotel was super pet friendly, which is hard to find anymore. If I ever have to go back to Louisville, KY I will stay here again.
