Arrived at the hotel about 3 hours earlier than expected. Allowed to check in early. Got to rest, the staff at the desk and throughout the hotel was cordial, friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, the breakfast was great, coffee, waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit. Over all the experience was great.

We didn't feel safe with so many travelers from everywhere (crowded hotel). It took 20min to check-kin with reservation online already and we were the only ones there at check-in. Check-out clerk was rude when asking for invoice at check-out. Bathtub was draining so slow ... feeling dirty. Couldn't sleep because of feeling something crawling on the bed. The room didn't smell fresh and clean. Breakfast didn't have any hot menu items to serve. We had yogurt and banana then left. It's a worst experience so far comparing to other La Quinta Hotels in PA or TX.

This is the second year in a row we stayed at this hotel to see the band Phish at the nearby Merriweather Post Pavilion (10 min drive). We loved this place enough to come back a second time and you can bet we will be back when Phish returns to town! The staff was so very friendly and nice that their computer for guests to use wasn't working and the women at the desk ([...]) actually let me come into the office and use the hotels computer and printer to print my boarding passes to get home. Thankyou!
