Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is average, kind of small, but clean. We stayed there only for one night, for easy access to Los Angeles and Orange County.

The front desk staff was great- both at check in and helping us with local info. We stayed for two nights, and although the room was spotless when we first arrived, on our second day, the room was "cleaned" - that is, we got new towels and one bed was made, but the cleaning crew must have gotten distracted; because the other bed was not made and the trash was not taken out (which unfortunately contained our take-out leftovers from the night before). At checkout the front desk staff was missing, but another staff member took our keys and left a note for the front desk staff.

Very close to Knott's Berry Farm and not too far from Disneyland. The hotel is a renovated older hotel. It was not what I expected from a La Qunita Inn & Suites. The hall on our floor had a smell. This hotel has no frills and was just ok. Also the breakfast was ok. The main plus as I said before was the close proximity to the amusement parks.

Value for the price was great. We (4 adults, 2 children 4, 6) enjoyed it and would absolutely go back.
