I booked this hotel based on the their star rating. Obviously I paid in advance for the reservation. I booked my room for one night business travel while on the road. After speaking with the front desk and letting them know that I did not feel safe here due to the large number of tractor trailers and trailers with no tractors in the parkeing lot, I asked to transfer my reservation or cancel and was told I could not cancel because I had missed the deadline to do so by 10 min. This is not a safe area for a woman staying alone.

I had never been to this area before, and both staff and guests were friendly and accommodating. I had pets traveling with me, and the staff were great with them. No complaints at all with my stay, and I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.
