This was strictly a business trip--a place to sleep.Not luxurious but very nice. Extremely clean with all the basic necessities. Firm bed and pillows were very good. Room wasn't ready when I arrived so they upgraded me without any hesitation. Will stay there again. Good dining very close.

I have stayed here before due to convenience to the airport. It's only 5-10 minutes to the car rental return lot. It is an average hotel with a few decent restaurants nearby. I had two issues. First, I could not connect to the wireless internet service from my room. There were only one or two bars of reception. I had hoped to do some work but could not. In the morning, I went to the lobby to print my boarding passed but the computer in the lobby had shortcomings as well and would not print the passes. It was using an old edition of XP Home and after trying 5 times, I gave up. My other issue was the bug in the lobby. It was a black roach about the size of a mouse (3-4 inches long). I was told they are regular bugs in the Phoenix area, but when pointed out, no one did anything about it and it crawled into a storage area. Perhaps they could use an exterminator.
