clean and have a nice staff. Room clean but the area was a little iffy.

The hotel was a great price. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool. However, for some reason the room wasn't really cleaned, all that was done was the garbage was taken out and clean towels were brought over. I was expecting the beds to be fixed and I was expecting the room to be vacuumed. Usually all the other hotels I have stayed at get cleaned. Other than that issue it was a good deal.

My sister and I didn't stay more than half a day or so; we booked the room because she had a late flight and we wanted a local place to sleep. After traveling all the way from Wales (Great Britain), it was nice for her to have a comfortable bed to sleep in. It's a good thing we slept in and missed the free breakfast, though. When we went to check out the following morning the dining and breakfast area were torn up for construction: something the staff did not warn us about. Good thing there was an IHOP across the road.

Came in and they were re-doing the lobby...huge mess and noisy with saws. Key didn't work in my door had to go get a new one. TV had no remote and seemed not to have any stations anyway. Shower to low for me to get under. Room not especially clean...had to kill a big bug. Room overlooked the pool...a bit noisy at night. Biggest problem was the wireless internet kept going out and I couldn't work in my room. I complained at check out to the manager and he was willing to refund one room night. However, since I paid up front [...]...he didn't know how to refund me any money and so I was screwed. I left unhappy.- Kevin Meidl

This was only one night, but there was almost nothing that went right with this stay. The coffee maker didn't work, there was no soap or shampoo, there were NO TOWELS--and when they delivered them there were only 3 and there were 4 of us. There weren't even any towels at the pool--we had to double up. The one lone girl at the front desk was inundated with guests and requests, but bless her heart, she remained calm and polite the whole time. Buy more towels, get the front desk some help, and supply some shampoo. This would boost my 1-star rating to at least a 4.
