La Quinta Inn Baton Rouge University Area Guest Reviews
The first room I went into had an intolerable wet, moldy smell, so bad that I had to change rooms. The second room also had the smell, but at least not as bad and opening the window kind-of helped. However, the mold in the bathroom shower that I didn't see until the next morning was a little gross- something I expect at a motel 6 or hostel. It was, however, in a very convenient place to jump onto the highway.

Hotel was OK. Not the cleanest place I've stayed, but not the worst. Breakfast was OK. Waffle machine worked well!! Area around hotel was a bit rough. Was close to LSU and places we needed to go. Easy on/off I-10 and easy to get to the major surface streets/highways (perkins, highland etc)

Family enjoyed the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. In room WIFI did not work during stay, lobby WIFI was OK. Close to restaurants and downtown.
