A lovely hotel in a safe area and walking distance to centre of town. Staff very helpful. Speak English. Beautiful garden very enjoyable to sit under umbrella and admire garden. 1am pick up really appreceiated.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Staff very helpful, english. Free pick up from bus station at 1am in the morning a godsend. Most beautiful garden I have seen in south America.

I read the good reviews about this hotel before I booked it and I thoroughly agree with all of them. The only glitch and it was a small one, was that when I arrived at midnight as advised, it took a little time for the doorman to wake up. Otherwise, everything was really as good as you would want with extremely attentive and helpful staff. The location is a little out from the main area but no more than 10 minutes away thorugh a pleasant park which given the normal Arequipa weather is just not a problem. Highly recommended.
