Kyung Nam Hotel Seoul Guest Reviews
The ads "Kyung Nam Hotel is nevertheless convenient for travel in that Jang an Pyung metro station is only a five-minute walk away" is incorrect. It is actually more than 15 minutes walk away. Nonetheless, it is very convenient in that the airport shuttle bus pick-up is just across the street.

The hotel''s location was far from the expected places I wanted to visit, which was Dongdaemun Mall. The hotel''s distance should be indicated to the tourist spots, so the guest will have an idea if to select this hotel or other hotels. If that was the case, I would have chosen another hotel which was right next to Dongdaemun Mall.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Cheongnyangni Train Station (it appeared to be from the maps). It was a 4000 Won taxi ride away which was acceptable. It was not clear to me that the desk clerk understood that the room was prepaid through asia-hotels.com, but he didn''t ask me to pay again so that was okay. With little English he understood that I wanted to catch the first train in the morning, and told me what time he thought it would be, and then later called me in my room to tell me the actual time...this is good service. I arrived after midnight, and left before 6am, so couldn''t comment on anything else about the hotel. It was great that there were many eateries open along the road from the hotel even though it was past midnight (it was Friday night - not sure if they are always open that late).
