The room seemed to need some sprucing up...it looked a little "weathered." It also was quite warm in the room but leaving the windows open to admit a breeze would have been a security risk. Otherwise, the room was reasonably comfortable and well-appointed. We arrived late at night and were relieved to be so warmly received by the gentleman who admitted us. The breakfast selection was quite good and was good value; also, the woman serving in the breakfast room was quite pleasant.

Fantastic location in the centre of town on the main square, close to everything. Nice Bright rooms.

This hotel is a great location - right in the main square a short stroll to the Pope's Palace. Whilst there are mnay restaurants below the less tourist orientated are only a short walking distance. Good value.
