Very friendly and helpful staff. Complex just like the motels in Australia and New Zealand. Easy to find if driving. Lots of local tourist information in reception. Clean and the breakfast was excellent

Did not expect to be accommodated in College campus accommodation, although was very clean and modern but about 100m from the hotel. There was no evening meal service available on both nights and nowhere else for a evening meal within 2 miles unless one crossed the very busy dual carriageway on foot and used the Novotel. Breakfast offered a good spread of food.

Very pleased to find the hotel had a jug and drink making facilities - it would be even better if they came with a small fridge. This is common in Australia and very handy. Excellent breakfast!
