The staff were friendly and very helpful during our stay. The restaurant food and service was of a very high standard, and the fireplaces added a fine ambience to our dining experience. The villas were comfortable and clean.

Relaxing and peaceful getaway, with easy access to Kuranda village. Would definately stay here again.

Couldn't park near room, but could drive nearby and unload. Steps near door need upgrading!

Some reception Staff unwilling to organise shuttles, spa services or any of even the most basic concierge services but the laziness was amended with friendliness and a fantastic chef! Special mentions for excellent work to said chef, his partner in bar/reception Lonni(?unsure of name) and Dave from the grounds. A great place to stay, just bring your mobile phone to organise the services you will need at this removed location.
