Location
The Banyan Club is only 14 kilometres from the Honolulu International Airport. Within walking distance you can access all the shopping and activities Waikiki has to offer. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Centre is within two blocks and the Ala Moana Shopping Centre is about fifteen minutes away.
Rooms
The intimate rooms have a Murphy bed and couches that convert into a bed. There are small, fully equipped kitchenettes.
Restaurant
The Banyan Club doesn't have on-site restaurants, but the complex the hotel is in has a Subway, Ono steak and Cheese, and Puka Dog is directly across the street.
General
The Kuhio Banyan Club is a budget hotel with few amenities. Its greatest asset is its location and the friendly staff. The hotel is situated around a hot Waikiki night club. The hotel is close to grocery stores and all dining and entertainment options in Waikiki. It is within 3 km of Kapiolani park and Diamond Head Crater.

Good staff, careing and helpfull I will stay in that hotel again

Not a good place if you're flying in on odd hours. They do not have 24 hr front desk service. The room is very spacious. The room had a Murphy bed which hides in the wall. There is a night club next door. So if you're a light sleeper, this is not a place for you. The location is very convenient. Restaurants, bus stop, convenient stores are all right in front of you. Only about 2 short blocks from the beach.

The location was perfect... Walking to the beach. Night life action was great. The rooms could have been a little more up to date. The tv wasn't plugged in... Lol no iron... Other than that. It was ok. Thank u also, no maid service came to clean...

Excellent location, right in the middle of all the action. Very loud at night though, surrounded by clubs. And prostitutes hang out right across the street. Good deal for the money.

For the price and location it was great. I thought the bed was alright but my husband couldn't sleep on it. But he was very happy on the sofa bed. Large fridge and great places to eat close by. ABC shop accross the road bus stop out the front.
