The luxurious nine-storied hotel is located on the Pa-Sak River Bank in Ayutthaya, one of Thailand's most beautiful areas of World Heritage and an exciting fascinating province and city. There aren't a lot of options that I found in Ayuthaya and this was one of the better ones that I could identify. It's one of the more luxurious hotels in the city, and it's not really that luxurious, but it's a decent 3 to 4 star hotel and has some very good restaurants on and near its premises. Generally satisfactory.

The hotel is very good view. I like it as we got the river view that very beautiful. Luckily, we saw the barge parage with spot light full of the river. very impression and will come to see it again on Loy Kratong's festival. The hotel is big but a bit old.

The hotel location is good, right on the river, close enough to walk to the ruins and local market. We had a standard room. The room was clean and large but outdated and the carpet was old and very smelly. If they would just get rid of the carpet there would be a 100% improvement. Same for the carpet in the common hallways. Morning breakfast buffet was decent, with a selection of western and Asian choices. Hotel bar had live entertainment. Our trip took place November 7-10, 2007.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. The western style breakfast was great. The hotel staff were very polite especially the doormen at the front entrance.

Decorated for Christmas, this was a wonderful way to recover from our long flight. Staff was friendly and accommodating and pointed us in the right direction for bicycle rentals, etc. Only quibble was that we were told there were no afternoon trains to Bangkok when in reality I think there were no afternoon trains with 1st class compartments to Bangkok (the 2nd class air-con express train was comfy and convenient). <BR><BR> Buffet breakfast included in the tariff was tasty and varied although a bit cold when we sampled it. Room was clean, fairly large and comfortable with the best air-con on our Thailand trip. Our room was on the highway side, thus lacking a view of the river or town and a bit noisy.
