Kristal Beach Hotel Antalya is located in the Konyaalti Beach area of Antalya. The Ancient City of Perge is 18 kilometre east of Antalya between the Duden and Aksu streams. This is the third review I have written. When you write bad things about Orbitz they delete your review. They refused to assist with this terrible hotel. They said we will refer to our marketing department. Yaeh right. They gave me a $50 credit towards my next use of there packages. What next use? They do not back up what is offered nor try and assist you when they put you in one of the worst hotels in the world. I asked for directions and the owner of the hotels said do I look like a tour guide? If I am not being paid I am not helping you. The 3rd & 5th floor had no electricity. I was on the top floor the 8th and I had hot water and electric. The hotel got full and the returaunt had no electricity and so could not serve. The hotel was pure not worth the money. I had no towels and was told the service was not there today. I just checked in so what happened they were shocked people showed up? Sewage backed up on the floors from 1-5 and came up through the shower drains and made the floors wet. it was leaking from the light fixtures into the rooms below. I see Orbitz does not wish for people to know the true nature of this hotel and wish you to keep booking rooms here. What a shame they can't stand the heat of a true review. All the other AMericans moved to another hotel. This showed tell you something

There were no towels in the room. Was told the towel service was not working. During dinner there were no lights as the hotel was full and it over loaded the power supply of the hotel and the elvator stopped working also. Took the stairs and the hand rails were missing in many parts. Asked the hotel manager for directions and he said I am not a paid tour guide ask someone who is. The A/C did not work and then when they fixed it, it would not shut off and part inside were broken and made such a noise I slept in my clothing as it would not shut off and no blanket nor person at desk to get one from. The hot water was very hard to predict. You would be taking a shower and would be fine then go to ice cold and maybe go back to hot or not you never knew. The 3 & 5th flors did not have electricity 4 of the 5 days I was there. If you were on the flors below the fifth you could have water coming up from the shower drain into your room at anytime as the drainage did not work well and the florrs were always wet. The American TV was not paid for any more as they had it a week and did not like it but forgot to change the advertisement. So basically nothing worked properly and most of what was said in the advertisemnet was a lie and if you stay there good luck. All the other American staying at the hotel left and went to another hotel I tried calling Orbitz for help and got no where. So when I returned to America I called Orbitz and they said we never check it out we just go by what the hotel says sorry you were not happy. Maybe your next trip will be better. What next trip?
