There is only one place in the whole hotel to use internet. No internet access in the room.

The staff are very friendly, the location is excellent even though there is construction next door. A very pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a lovely setting and the rooms are a very good size, clean and modern. However, the staff were not particularly helpful and we did struggle with the language barrier. The internet was broken and you could not exchange travellers cheques/currency in the hotel, which is a first for me! A lot is outside i.e. reception etc so at night you get bitten to death by mosquitos. <BR><BR> The service, particularly in the restaurant, was very slow & poor. You don''t expect to wait ages because they are eating their dinner!! The food was awful in the hotel restaurant, for a simple meal, I could have done better myself! The hotel organisation on the morning of our departure was a shambles, with people left milling around with no assistance. <BR><BR> The service, attitude and food really let down what otherwise could be a lovely hotel. I would not recommend this to anyone.
