What a terrible place Only redeeming feature is a reasonably good restaurant Cabins. Extremely uncomfortable, you may as well be camping

Location is good and easy to find and staff are helpful. However accommodation is pretty basic and rather worn with aircon that leaks in the 'suites' and a flea in the cabin. Also given the size and the fact it is popular with tour group couches it is really noisy: both mornings we had a coach right outside our room picking people up at 6am with a ridiculous amount of noise. There must be somewhere you can get a better night's sleep. Also while the restaurant menu sounds great, it rather over-promises and the service is poor.

the grounds and room are well maintained and very clean. But the price really is quite expensive considering it doesn't include breakfast. Pretty typical of travel across the top end - expensive prices for what you get.

We had the family room which can sleep 6 although there were only 3 of us. Overall its not bad, although they advertise it as a hotel room, its more like a motel. If you want peace and quiet, then its not the place especially with people arriving and leaving. A lot of people seem to arrive late and night and leave early in the morning so it can be noisy. The place we had was almost opposite a communal laundry, so again it can be noisy. The bunk beds we noticed are positioned so that you cannot use the ladders to get up. Overall its centrally located and not bad value for money. I think I would stay there again if I was in the area.

We felt that this was like an oasis after our long trip from Melbourne. We had stayed in some rather average accommodation along the way and this was beautiful. There was only a small gliche in our payment via online booking that was sorted out simply

Nice hotel in Katherine, good as a base to see the river and nearby caves. Onsite restaurant also pretty good.

Clean and well maintained Accommodation. Restaurant attached to the Resort was top quality food. Fairly close to Katherine's main attraction Katherine Gorge. Facilities within the resort were fantastic.

We are used to (and would prefer) queen size beds rather than doubles, but the accomodation is quite comfortable. We could only get 2 channels on the TV.

Pleasant location in delightful grounds well placed near Katherine on the way to Nitmulk Gorge. Facilities in the en-suite cabin we used were adequate. Restaurant was pleasant, slightly higher priced for fair meals. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable functional stay in a great location with good staff.

We stayed in cabins with external toilet. Cabins, surroundings, pool etc were exceptionally clean. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Resort was located in quiet area, ont he road to Katherine Gorge, great for the family.

While the rooms are very small this is a comfortable resort at an excellent price- value for money. A word of warning- the campground restaurant doest live up to its award status so go a little further.
