I found the size of the room small and claustrophobic, the windows could not be opened very far and whilst I understand this was for security,it meant that the room was hot and airless. I did not feel that the owners were as forthcoming about information as they should have been - not coming from Blackpool may be a factor. Tide times should have been displayed as a very long disappointing walk to the beach proved. The owners need to be informed themselves about the town they now live. A info/holiday pack could easily be prepared with a map, tide times,bus routes and times etc

Very friendly, clean hotel situated within minutes of the Pleasure Beach. The room was very small but everything else was very good.
