For it's closeness to the G you couldn't fault it. Easy access to the trams to where ever. Great little Italian restaurant Il Duca just down the road worth a visit.

This was advertised as a luxury studio apartment. There was nothing luxurious about it and it was not an apartment. It was like a very small motel room. The King Size bed filled the room almost, leaving a metre around the bed. The bathroom utilities were old and worn and the kitchenette didn't have everything supplied in the right quantities. The extra cot bed was a futon on top of a bed frame, which you felt through the futon. We had to place a blanket underneath the futon to buffer the metal bar that dug into your back and the futon sagged a little more everyday. The mattress on the King Size bed was uncomfortable as well. There were no expenses spared in this room, meaning everything was done on the cheap. I would not stay there again and don't recommend it.

We loved the area - so close to many Melbourne features. especially enjoyed walking to Fitzroy Gardens and Captain Cook's Cottage. The facilities were adequate rather than luxurious, but the staff were very helpful. We would definitely consider staying again.
