We loved the area - so close to many Melbourne features. especially enjoyed walking to Fitzroy Gardens and Captain Cook's Cottage. The facilities were adequate rather than luxurious, but the staff were very helpful. We would definitely consider staying again.

Good location but very out of date facilities. Bathrooms in particular were well past their useby date with the enamel peeling off and rubber mats placed in the bottom for showerinig. Needs redecorating badly. Overpriced for what it was.

Parking was adequate during our stay over 4 nights and while it caused minor anxiety we recognize that parking so close to the city is always a general problem but we were happy with staff reasurances and option arrangements to achieve on site and street spaces
