Everything about the hotel was very good

room was not ready on arrival but received complimentary drinks and a room upgrade.. very helpful and attentive staff

Everything was good in general. I was rarely in the hotel for the duration of my stay in Inverness but it was certainly more than funtional! The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was luxurious! My only complaint was the night porter who was a little unfriendly and put out when we asked for a beer at 2 in the morning but barring that I would certainly recommend it.

As a family we had a great weekend, the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful, especially our house keeper Irene. Our room was a great size and very comfortable to stay in. There is also a play park located across from the hotel ideal for the little ones. The location is ideal a 15min walk to the centre of town We have recommended the hotel to our family and friends
