Enjoyed my one night stay on the weekend - reception very helpful and bartender at loung graciously gave me all the ice I needed for retiring to watch All Blacks game in my room. Will return as a satisfied customer. The price trhrough this service was very good as well.

Having used many of your Kingsgate Hotels we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms, but very quiet and comfortable with pleasant staff.

room 502 a couple things needed attention the wall heater was outdated and noisey the room smelt musty and the electric jug needed to be replaced as the element was rusted theses defects were pointed out on the comments form on departure
