Lovely hotel, in a great location (just a couple of minutes walk to the Wharf) only negative was our room overlooked the car park.

This seemed to be the most popular place in Paihia, and justifyably so. Only a short walking distance to all the eating places. The room was clean and met all our needs. Staff was helpful and polite.

Stayed one night found it clean and comfortable. Close to all town Free Parking. NEGATIVES YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE INTERNET - THIS IS ANNOYING - AND IT IS EXPENSIVE.

Unfortunately we were given a room in the 'old' wing of the property. While the room was clean, everything about it was outdated. The shower head and ceiling in the bathroom was quite low, so a little difficult for those with a little height. Location was reasonably quiet, however there was some noise from neighbouring (private) properties. Very short walk to town and restaurants. Overall - pleasant stay.
