Kings Hotel London Guest Reviews
Quite old and a bit tatty, shower was limescaled, and had to guess how to work as no indication to which direction to turn tap for hot and cold, also tv reception very poor, and not even the four basic terrestrial channels were available. Spare pillow was badly stained, with what looked like blood, and general room feel was very tatty. Breakfast was very basic, options were cornflakes, toast or croissant, with tea, coffee and OJ only. On the plus the staff were quite freindly and helpful, but the hotel needs bringing out of the 1970s.

Very sentral position, near tube stations and Hyde park. Small room but ok.

The only thing we consideinred as clean due to a Norwegain standard was the sheets... They also had an Indian restaurant at the groundfloor that caused a lot of smell in the afternoons. Breakfast was four different types of marmelade an toasted white bread and juice/coffe/tea. The good things about this was that it was lokated on a quit street 3 min walk form the underground, nice staff, nice price and always hot water in the shower :o) -

I booked this hotel for a budget stay in London with my 3 adult daughters. For the price that we were paying we didn't expect a lot! Our room was shabby but the sheets and towels were lovely and clean and the room was cleaned well but in need of refurbishment - the furniture and bathroom looked about 20 - 30 years old. The staff were really helpful. The stairs were a challenge as our room was on the 4th floor.
