This is our second stay in 13 months. This unit C612 was even better than last time C207. Good view of the ocean at humpback whale time (4 floors higher). The property is older and the units vary in terms of upgrades or modernization but contain everything needed for a comfortable stay. Two pool & bbq areas plus a tennis court. Beware, the birds start singing early in the morning and the louvered bedroom windows don't keep out much of the vehicle noise and conversations.

bathroom is asking for an update. Kitchen looks like was updated & is the only area that is comfortable. Furniture is old & ready for Goodwill donation. We slept on floor which was more comfy than the bed.Bedroom was by the elevator & your conversation could be heard outside so be careful The management staff is not nice. The booking company called to ask how our stay was but then when we asked for more linens. No response. Why ask then. Lot of owners live in this condo community & they resent the travelers like us. The lady upstairs would feed the birds upstairs & there would be droppings all over our balcony. Watch for Indian & Thai restaurants in the area. Overpriced,terrible food. Stay with the Brand name restaurants. Felt like everyone is eyeing your wallet with no sense of service in mind.

This complex is DIRECTLY across the street from Kamaole II. This beach has beautiful, warm, clear, calm water--perfect for the kids!! The unit has washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, huge bed in the room and a pullout couch in the living room. Great view from the balcony, two pools, close to shops, restaurants, etc. Caveat: I believe most of the units are individually owned so they may not all be as great as the one we were in. But for my first time staying there I was seriously impressed!!!

Poor building Access. Clueless front desk personnel who can't give you information on accessing your room. No A/C in room. No complimentary Internet in room. Low grade, poor quality, and expensive for what you get. Go to a different property for decent accomodations !

This property is poorly located. The staff is clueless about simple things like accessing the room. The rooms have NO A/C ! Are you kidding me ? Internet? Get ready to pay a heft fee for internet access. Stay away from the Kihei Akahi !
