Khaolak Laguna Resort Phang Nga Guest Reviews
Compared to some of the other resorts that I'd stayed at in the vicinity, I must say that this resort was a very good value if all you expect to do is veg out and enjoy their very good and reasonably priced spa. The only two problems I'd experienced was trying to get a hold of the front desk before 9AM or after 7PM local time. While it seems there are people there, no one answered the phones outside of those hours. The other problem was the restaurant, closed at 7PM, making it difficult to grab a bite to eat after arriving in the evening. There are places across the main street that will still serve after 7, but thought it was a little annoying to have to find somewhere to eat on a resort.

The hotel room is very spacious. Staffs are very nice and friendly especially at breakfast area. Bathroom is very nice with design, functions and cleanliness. Location of the hotel is good for those who wanna have a night life outside the hotel as well as the hotel beach front is really nice view. It's one of the nice hotels in Khao Lak where we can strongly recommend to our friends.
