Key Bridge Marriott Arlington Guest Reviews
Good value, clean rooms, right across the Key Bridge from Georgetown. Attentive staff, though I found communication to sometimes be difficult. Nice restaurant, nice bar. $20 per night to park is a bit steep, but most hotels are sticking it to people on parking these days.

Great location and a good price for going to events in Georgetown all weekend!

For anyone visiting Georgetown U, this hotel is conveniently located at the end of the Key bridge. You only walk 10 to 15 minutes and you are on campus. The room was smaller than I expected. After the first day, they only replaced the coffee but not the tea or the cups. I did not like that you have to pay extra for the internet connection.

I was very pleased with everything at this hotel, with one major exception - there was no wireless access in the rooms (although it is available in the lobby but at reduced data transfer rates). For those who travel with a tablet P.C. that is a major shortcoming. There is available direct high speed connection (for a cost), so laptop users will be fine. Everything else was great. The restaurant served quite good food, there is an on-site ATM and business center, cabs are readily available and the hotel staff were exemplary.

The hotel was more than accomodating but it appears that our [...]contact did NOT request a handicapped room NOR two double beds for the four of us. We were told upon checking in that we had NOT requested a handicap room (when we had) and we were shown to a room with one king-sized bed and a fully-equipped handicap bathroom. The hotel promised to move us to a double room the next day, so that first night we had to have TWO rollaway beds brought in...this made for tight quarters with the wheelchair! The next day, we were shown a double room with inadequate handicapped bathroom facilities!! We ended up keeping the king room, with the better bathroom facilities, for our daughter and grandson, then my husband and I had to get ANOTHER room next door to theirs...this shot our budget BIG TIME! Not only that, but our daughter fell in the night, and our grandson had to come to our room to get help. I am very upset with [...], but the hotel staff couldn't have been nicer in TRYING to meet our needs.
