hello from montreal qc. tripp was one night first one of the 2 rooms was not ready when we arrive at 2 pm.then we have to paid the parking $15.00,then we have to live erlay in the morning 5 am,,,we have to take the car to tilden and the guy at the parking lot was not theres we waite about 1/2 for him we already mist are plane because of him...the price is o.k $85.00 night but no FREE coffee in the room,no FREE breakfest,no cart for luggeges,,,2 /10

Close to ocean drive where you can find restaurants and bars. Nightlife is only 2 mins walk from there.Beach is 3 mins walk. Washington Ave is close, too. Cheaper restaurants, diners, bars. Lincoln Ave Mall 10 mins walk. Actually you can easily reach anything on south beach by walking. But there's a bus, south beach local (SBL) that costs 25 cents and goes around the island.

KENT HOTEL WAS A VERY CLEAN HOTEL W/ FRIENDLY STAFF. IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING SO NEED TO RENT A CAR. NOT REALLY A FAMILY HOTEL, MORE FOR YOUNGER PEOPLE WHO COMES TO PARTY AT SOUTH BEACH.
