Staff were very helpful at sortıng out problems and have a genuıne desire to make guests happy. Food ıs excellent - was very ımpressed by quality of room service menu and service itself.

Great location, right next to a tram stop. Easy access to and from the airport as well as the Sultanahmet Square by public transportation. Stores right next door and along the street towards the Old City center. Clean, quiet and adequately spacious rooms. Bathroom, while a bit small, had a touch of luxury with the waterfall shower. Good free breakfast and wifi.
