Very, very clean rooms, and everything you could need, but even the double rooms are TINY, so try to get the biggest room you can or you will be very cramped. I had to place my case on the bedside table. The bathroom is nice, and everything apart from the size is perfect, so if this is not important to you then you will be fine. Be aware that the walls are quite thin though, so if you have noisy neighbours you may hear them. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent -about a minute's walk from the Underground station.

My wife and I stayed here for six nights during our recent trip to London. We had to move rooms because our first room overlooked for tube tracks which ran until half one in the morning and started again at half five. With trains running every twenty seconds outside and the rumblings being felt throughout the whole room, we were less than impressed. Our second room was at the front of the hotel and was quieter. However, although the room was clean is was so small. The hotel is handy to the tube station and knightsbridge is walkable.

when I tried to check in the hotel, the reception said that the hotel is currently under maintenance, so whole floor hotel room isn't ready, however they do upgraded us to a 4 star hotel nearby heathrow airport, and sent us to the hotel via free taxi service plus free full english breakfast. so far they handled it well and although I havent got chance to stay at their hotel but I impressed with their efficiency to sort something out for us.

Upon arrival at this hotel located close to the Tube we were sent to Hounslow approximately 1 hour away by car. For compensation on a 2 night stay, we were offered 1 free evening meal, but we had to pay for the water we asked for! There was no where else to eat nearby so they had us captive! The Park Grand London Heathrow hotel was under construction and the hot water failed on the 2nd morning. "Not happy, Jan"

We booked the twin bed room but they can only give us a double bed room. The room is very small and the door leading to balcony was broken and only used an iron bar for protection, so we asked to change to a more secured room. They gave us another room which is even smaller, we can jump straight to the bed from the entrance door. Also the room is very dusty. The next night we been changed to a twin bed room which is a bit bigger but still very dirty and dusty. We will NEVER come back to stay in this hotel again.
