Pros: A short walk to Seoraksan National Park. An unforgettable sunrise right from the balcony. Cons: Nothing to do there at night. Limited food choice. No cakes at the coffee house too. We just ended up taking photos in the hotel...soaking up the "London" decoration. If I go Seoraksan again, I will stay at Sokcho motels.

An ideal hotel for everyone who wish to stay at mt sorak. This hotel is just about 3 minits walking time to mt sorak. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, u can just take bus 7 or 7-1 from Sokcho local bus stop to reach there. I did not bring laptop go there coz the hotel provide public computer with internet and even printer for guests to use. Definately recommend this hotel to everyone.

Just 10 mins from the entrance of the Park. Breakfeast and dinner is good. English style hotel with impressive decoration on each door and outside each room. A hotel with character. I enjoy the stay very much. Highly recommended. Bus station to the pier where you can eat seafood is just in front of the hotel. The staff speak good English.

I stayed one night in late November. Perfect location, near park entrance. Easy to get to, as park signs are easy to spot, on roads, around town. Parking excellent, directly in front. Staff-perfect/superb, can-do attitude. Rooms flawless. Wide screen TV, frig, porch, great large bathroom. I give this wonderful gem a 5 out of 5, despite a few issues. Cable for Internet is ~$18/24 hours, no wireless in room(free in chilly lobby library), ridiculously cold in lobby (but such is the Korean way-NO heating in some museums and many, many public areas and shopping walkways.) Stay here!

Kensington Stars Hotel is a very beautiful hotel. You can take photo in several location in the hotel. Especially you can walk to Seoraksan National Park.
