very clean, bed comfortable, tiolet clean but shower was very claustrophobic. The dinning room was comfortable and the service was good with a good choice of food. Staff very friendly and helpful. the hotel itself is in a good location for the centre of edinburgh, only down side is there is no lift but would still stay there again.
